Surah Al-Baqarah, the second chapter of the Qur'an, has 286 verses and is the longest Surah in the Qur'an. The first 45 verses address a variety of topics, including instruction for the pious, the qualities of believers, disbelievers, and hypocrites, and a call to worship only Allah.
